Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage amount will be deducted from total refund amount.

Damages and issues
Each thobe undergoes a thorough inspection before being shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe you have received a thobe with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we have a strict non-returnable policy for Thobes that have been worn, washed, or damaged.    - Thobes that show any signs of wear are non-returnable. This includes any evidence of use such as stains, odours, or any other indications that the item has been worn. This policy ensures that all our customers receive new and unworn garments.

2. Washed Items:
   - Thobes that have been washed are non-returnable. Washing an item can alter its original condition, affecting its fit, appearance, and resale value. To maintain the high standards of our products, we cannot accept returns on washed items.

3. Damaged Items:
   - Thobes that have been damaged post-purchase are non-returnable. This includes any rips, tears, or other forms of damage not present at the time of sale. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags and packaging intact.

4. Inspection and Quality Assurance:
   - Each thobe undergoes a thorough inspection before being shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe you have received a thobe with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within [7 days] of receiving your order for assistance.

Exchanges We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following conditions under which clothes are eligible for exchange:

1. Unworn and Unwashed:
   - Clothes must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Items showing any signs of wear or washing are not eligible for exchange. This policy ensures that the exchanged items meet our quality and hygiene standards.

2. Original Tags and Packaging:
   - Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. This includes any branded hangtags, labels, and protective packaging. Items missing these elements may not be accepted for exchange.

3. Time Frame:
   - Exchanges must be requested within [14 Days] of the original purchase date. This time frame allows us to manage inventory and ensure timely processing of exchanges.

4. Proof of Purchase:
   - A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process an exchange. This helps us verify the original transaction and ensure accurate processing of your exchange request.

5. Condition of Items:
   - Items must be free from damage, stains, odours, and alterations. Any items received in unsatisfactory condition may be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for exchange.

International Returns
For all international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of returning items to us. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable fees associated with the return shipment.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

In addition, a handling/restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount depending on the size, value, and nature of the order being returned. This fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
